SHIPPING

New Zealand

Delivery times are approximate. Please supply a physical address where your item can be signed for 9am – 5pm weekdays. Delivery cannot be made to a PO Box.

Tracked Delivery for orders over $20.

3-5 working days (within main centres)

However this may vary with changes in Covid-19 alert levels.

Delivery fees as quoted at checkout for deliveries within New Zealand (excluding outer Islands).

International

Currently, international delivery is available for Australia and the contiguous states of the USA only.  

All other countries can usually be arranged on request. For details please email us at famineofbeautynz@gmail.com.


When shipping internationally costs quoted do not account for any import charges, customs duties, sales tax or other fees upon arrival in your destination. Famine of Beauty takes no responsibility for any charges that may apply upon arrival. For further information please contact your local Customs Services.

Dispatch timing

Orders will be processed within standard business hours (Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm). Any orders received outside of these times will be processed the next business working day. Processing of your order may take up to 48 working hours. Shipping estimates are additional to this processing time.

We will email you confirmation and your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed you may not cancel the order as goods are often packaged and shipped the same day. Please select carefully before placing an order.

To return your product, you should send your product to: Famine of Beauty, 206 Richmond Road, Grey Lynn, Auckland 1021, New Zealand

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty or an incorrect item is shipped. If you receive a refund for goods that are faulty or an incorrect item is shipped, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund upon confirmation of reasonable costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
